Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Understands all basic compliances for a company: PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishments, labour laws, and new labour codes.
- Handles registration, filings, and renewals (PF, ESI, PT, labour registrations, wage‑related returns).
Maintains attendance, salary, leave, and statutory registers as per law and keeps records audit‑ready.
